Shipping Information

Standard Article

Orders of standard articles that we receive from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped on the same day or next business day (excluding public holidays).
Orders from standard items received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Personalized Articles

Personalized and/or customized articles generated with our configurator are produced after the order has been placed and will be shipped afterwards. In this case the delivery time may depend on the current volume of orders. You are always welcome to contact us via office@The3DObject.com for an estimation about production and delivery time for your planned order.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way to you with a link from your shipping service provider to track your order. Therefore, you can check where your parcel is at any time.
Please be aware that you do not have any insight into the status of your order via the order history. For question regarding the shipment status please refer directly to your chosen shipment service provider:
